New report: Top Booked Kits

Top Booked Kits is now available under Reports → Bookings — the kit counterpart to Top Booked Assets. If you bundle and lend equipment as kits, you can now see which kits go out most often and plan kit-level capacity, instead of reading utilization one asset at a time.

Pick a timeframe and the report ranks your kits by how frequently they're booked, with a summary up top (total kit bookings, unique kits booked, average bookings per kit, and the single most-booked kit) and a sortable table showing each kit's Bookings, Total Days booked, Average Duration, Category, and Location. Filter by category and location, click a kit's booking count to jump to its bookings, or export the whole report to CSV.

Because a kit moves through a booking as one unit — you can't book a single item out of a kit — each kit is counted once per booking it appears in, so the figures reflect kit-level demand rather than the number of assets inside. The report counts confirmed bookings (reserved, ongoing, overdue, complete, and archived) and excludes drafts and cancellations.
