Track assets by quantity, including consumables

Shelf now supports quantity-tracked assets — manage fungible items like cables, supplies, and consumables by count, with units of measure, low-stock alerts, quantity-aware custody, and quantity in bookings.
Shelf has always tracked every asset as a single, uniquely-identifiable item — perfect for laptops, cameras, and vehicles, but a poor fit for supplies you manage by count. You can now choose how each asset is tracked.
When you add or edit an asset, pick a tracking method: Individually tracked (one record per item, exactly as before) or Tracked by quantity (one record for a pool of identical units). Quantity-tracked assets add a quantity, a unit of measure (pcs, boxes, liters), an optional min quantity low-stock threshold, and a consumption type — "Used up" for disposables that are consumed when handed out, or "Returnable" for reusable supplies that come back with a report of what returned versus what was lost.
Quantity changes flow through the rest of Shelf: custody becomes quantity-aware (several people can each hold a portion of the same pool), bookings can reserve a quantity from available stock, restocking increases the count when new shipments arrive, and every change is logged for an audit trail. Set a min quantity and the workspace owner gets an email when stock runs low, so you can reorder before you run out.
