Sign In to Shelf Companion with SSO
The Shelf Companion app now supports single sign-on (SSO) on both iPhone and Android — sign in with your identity provider in a secure in-app browser, exactly like the web.
Teams that sign in to Shelf with single sign-on can now do the same in the Shelf Companion app — on both iPhone and Android.
Tap Sign in and the app opens your organization's SSO flow in a secure in-app browser (the same login screen you use on the web). Your identity provider handles the password, one-time code, and any multi-factor step, then hands you back to the app signed in — no separate credentials and no leaving the app.
This brings the mobile app to parity with the web for SSO-managed teams: field crews can scan QR codes, run audits, manage custody, and check bookings in and out from their phones using the same single sign-on their organization already requires.
