Smarter Sorting on the Booking Item List

The item list on a booking now sorts the way you actually work through it.

• Sort by Item type groups kits first, then standalone assets, so you can process a bundle in one pass.
• Sort by Status now sinks fully checked-out items to the bottom, keeping the things you still need to hand out on top. That's especially handy during progressive checkout, where a booking can hold a mix of Available and Checked out items at once.
• When you sort by any other field, kits and standalone assets are interleaved by that field instead of always pinning kits to the top, while each kit's members stay grouped together.

A small tooltip next to the sort control explains what Status and Item type do, so you never have to guess which one to pick.
