Admin Notes on Team Member Profiles
Administrators and owners can now add private, workspace-scoped notes to any team member's profile — useful for onboarding context, equipment agreements, and operational reminders.
Administrators and workspace owners can now add private notes to any team member's profile. Notes appear on a dedicated Notes tab on the team member's profile page in Settings > Team, and are only visible to other admins and owners — Self-Service and Base users cannot see them.
Notes are workspace-scoped: a note added in one workspace is invisible in any other workspace, even for the same user. Only the note author can delete their own notes. Team members can view notes written about themselves by navigating to the Notes tab on their own profile page.
