Shelf Asks Before It Revokes a Team Member's Access

Revoke access now opens a confirmation that names the person and says what happens, with an extra warning for people who sign in with SSO.
Revoke access in a team member's Actions menu used to take effect the moment you clicked it. It now opens a confirmation first, on the Team ▸ Users list and on the person's own page. The dialog names the person and their email and says what will happen: they can no longer open the workspace and are told by email, their team member record and history are kept, and you can invite them again later. Cancel leaves everything as it was.
If Shelf refuses the revoke, for example because only the workspace owner may revoke an Administrator, the reason now shows inside the dialog instead of nowhere. For someone who signs in with SSO, the dialog also warns that group-based SSO gives them access back at their next sign-in unless you remove them from the mapped group in your identity provider. See Changing User Roles in Shelf.
