Report a Problem Straight From the Error Screen
If something goes wrong, a Report this issue button now opens the feedback form prefilled with the error details, and screenshots you attach come through in full resolution.
When Shelf hits an unexpected error, the error screen now shows a Report this issue button. Clicking it opens the feedback form already filled in with what went wrong, so you can send it to our team in a couple of clicks instead of trying to describe it from memory.
We also fixed the screenshots you attach to any feedback. They used to arrive as tiny, unreadable thumbnails; now they come through at full resolution (bounded to a sensible size), so the support team can actually see what you saw. Each report also carries the context we need to reproduce a problem quickly, such as the page you were on and your app version.
