Stricter Date Validation on CSV Import
Date custom fields imported via CSV are now strictly validated — non-ISO and impossible dates fail loudly with a clear error instead of being silently stored as the wrong date.
When importing assets via CSV, date custom fields (cf:…,type:date) are now strictly validated against the YYYY-MM-DD format. Previously, a day-first dash format such as 03-04-2026 could be silently stored as a completely wrong date (like 1908-10-16), and impossible dates such as 2026-02-31 were quietly rolled over — corrupting sorting, filtering, reports, and reminders without any warning.
Now any value that isn't a valid YYYY-MM-DD date stops the import with a clear error, so you can correct the column and re-import with confidence that your dates are stored exactly as intended. Valid ISO dates continue to import exactly as before.
