Booking Date Inputs Now Validate in Your Time Zone

Fixed a validation bug that could reject valid future bookings for users outside UTC.
The Start and End date pickers on the booking form now interpret the time you typed in your own time zone — not the server's. Two related rejections are gone:
- "Start date must be in the future" could appear on a booking that genuinely was in the future. This happened to users west of UTC (anywhere in the Americas) when the date entered was a few hours away from "now."
- Working-hours-window rejections could trigger on bookings that fell inside your local 9–17 window. For example, a Los Angeles user booking at 10:00 local time was being checked against UTC, where the same instant reads as 17:00 or 18:00 — outside the window.
If you'd hit either error and had to nudge the date forward, that workaround is no longer needed. The fix applies automatically — no action required.
